Every BALIMO® order in our online shop is automatically delivered with an extended return policy of 42 days – a special chair requires special conditions.
We're convinced of our product and want to inspire you, too—not try to persuade you. That's why we don't offer our chairs in stores. Instead, we encourage you to thoroughly test the BALIMO® in your own environment, where it will be used. Only a "real-life" test can lead to a decision you'd make exactly the same again and again.
The extended right of return
You'll receive the invoice with your BALIMO®, which contains a written statement detailing your 42-day return policy, which only begins upon receipt of the goods. If you'd like to make any changes during this period, please contact us. We're not satisfied until you are!
