It is important to us that you feel comfortable with your BALIMO® and can experience the positive effects of dynamic sitting for yourself. That is why you may use your BALIMO® normally in everyday life during the trial period.
Return Within 42 Days
If you decide within 42 days of receiving your BALIMO® that it is not right for you, you can return it to us easily.
Please note the following:

The BALIMO® should be in proper condition.

Returns should preferably be made in the original packaging.

Please keep the shipping box during the trial period.

We will then send you all further information regarding the return.

After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.
