Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within Germany.

Deliveries Abroad

We charge the following flat shipping rates for international deliveries:

Austria: €14.90
Denmark: €14.90
Luxembourg: €14.90
Netherlands: €14.90
Sweden: €14.90
Switzerland: €24.90

Shipping to Switzerland – Important Information Regarding Import Charges

For deliveries to Switzerland, shipping costs are charged during the checkout process. Please note that additional import costs such as import VAT, customs duties and customs clearance fees may apply when importing goods into Switzerland.

These charges are collected directly by the Swiss customs authorities or the shipping provider (e.g. DHL) and are not included in our shipping costs. The amount of these fees depends on the value of the goods and is determined by the responsible authorities in Switzerland.

Important Notes

Our invoices for deliveries to Switzerland are issued net of German VAT.
Swiss import VAT and customs duties are charged by the customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient.
In addition, the shipping provider may charge a customs clearance fee for handling the import process.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2–3 business days. Deliveries to other countries are made within 4–8 business days after conclusion of the contract (for advance payments, after receipt of your payment instruction).

* The delivery times stated on the product pages apply to deliveries within Germany only.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

If you choose local pickup, we will inform you by e-mail once the goods are ready for collection and provide further pickup details. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.

Further Payment Details

For payment by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 42 days.
